Welcome to Saint Butcher Studios! By accessing or using this website, booking a session, or purchasing any services or products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may harm the website or its visitors.
You may not:
Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content (including images, text, and design) without written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site.
Use the site for any fraudulent or commercial purpose not approved by Saint Butcher Studios, LLC.
2. Booking Sessions
To book a session, you must agree to all terms outlined in the session agreement you’ll receive upon booking. A non-refundable session fee or retainer is required to secure your date and time.
Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and applicable fees will be added where required.
Payment for products and services is due as outlined in your booking contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services or withholding of deliverables.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Session fees/retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable at the studio’s discretion.
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Reschedules due to illness or emergency are accommodated with care and flexibility. No-shows or repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of your session fee.
5. Copyright & Usage
All images are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Saint Butcher Studios, LLC unless otherwise specified in writing.
Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered images. This means you may post on social media and share with friends/family — but you may not edit, alter, sell, or use images for commercial purposes without express written permission.
If you’re a business or brand, commercial licensing will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
6. Product Orders
Custom products (albums, prints, wall art, etc.) are made-to-order and non-refundable once approved by the client.
Please double-check spelling, dates, and image selections prior to final approval. Turnaround times vary and are estimated at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party labs, shipping providers, or acts of nature.
7. Retouching & Artistic Rights
All final images are edited in the signature style of [Your Business Name]. Extensive retouching or alterations (beyond basic adjustments) may be subject to an additional fee.
We reserve the right to make creative decisions that maintain the integrity and quality of our work.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Personal information submitted through this website is used solely to communicate with you, process your session or order, and deliver the best possible service. We will never sell or share your information.
9. Studio Policies & Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
We proudly serve clients across all identities and backgrounds and prioritize a welcoming experience for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in our work and our process, Saint Butcher Studios, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the services provided.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
